Available for both short-term or a mid-term stays. The Cherry St House features a spacious layout with thoughtfully designed rooms that blend vintage charm with modern comforts. Each room is tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Here's what you can expect: Bedrooms: Four beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush beds and high-quality linens. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, tastefully renovated with amenities such as heated tile floors and specialty shampoo bars and locally made soaps. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all essentials, including a farmhouse basin sink, refrigerator, gas stove, and stackable washer and dryer. Stocked with an initial supply of coffee, tea, spices, eggs, butter, milk, cereal, and snacks. Dining Room: Features an oak table with seating for six, a corner desk with a monitor for work or study, and a floating bookshelf and small hutch for added functionality and style. Living Room: Offers a stylish and comfortable setting with a leather couch, cozy reading chair, and a 55-inch smart TV. Sunroom: A cozy retreat with two comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying natural light and peaceful moments. Outdoor Spaces: Relax on the covered front or back porch, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The stone patio with a Solo stove provides a cozy ambiance for gatherings around the fire. Guests have access to the entire house, including the beautifully furnished indoor spaces and the charming outdoor areas. We also offer bike rentals and ample parking, including RV hook-ups for your convenience. Upon arrival, your host will meet you at the property, provide a home overview, and answer any questions. An access code will be given at this time. Check-in is after 4 PM. If your travel schedule does not allow for a meet and greet, the access code will be sent via text prior to arrival. August 2024 5.00This place is absolutely wonderful! From the large front porch, beautiful and comfortable interior spaces, to the cozy and private back yard we found this house to have it all. Dana was very friendly and helpful and the Cherry St House was everything we were looking for as a large group with children. We loved that there was plenty of space for everyone, that we could walk to restaurants and shops or just to enjoy the neighborhood, and that Dana included so many thoughtful little touches in the house to help us feel welcome. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in Springfield someday!

August 2023 5.00By far the best AirB&B we have ever rented, and we have rented many. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and super host! Dana's personal touch was everywhere from starter food in the frig, plenty of good towels, and welcome note and departure gift. Totally unexpected but lovely touch. We were greeted and shown how to find things and work the fans. Sounds unnecessary but helpful. Thank you Dana for all the special attention on a difficult weekend. The Cherry House lived up to its "home away from home" reputation. We would highly recommend and rent again on another return to Springfield in the future.
